If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to posterzkadai, Coimbatore.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to posterzkadai, accessible from http://posterzkadai.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
POSTERZ KADAI’s primary goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience to our users and customers. POSTERZ KADAI’s offers a replacement guarantee if the product received is damaged or defective. Please get in touch with us at sales@posterzkadai.com within 48 hours of order being marked as delivered, if you would like to have it replaced and we will be happy to help.
If you find your package is damaged in-transit, please report this immediately to POSTERZ KADAI via sales@posterzkadai.com and after investigating the situation, POSTERZ KADAI reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or replacement.
Product colour or printing colour might vary slightly based on your screen brightness and resolution. In case of reasonable colour variation POSTERZ KADAI will NOT provide any return or replacement option.
Returns or exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered by mistake. In case of any disputes, POSTERZ KADAI can require the customer to ship the item back and after internal inspection of the returned item POSTERZ KADAI will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund
Custom products will not be eligible for any kind of refund or replacement unless the product received has any manufacturing defects. The print quality of custom products will completely depend on the resolution of the image used while customizing the product.
COD orders are NOT eligible for refund. If there any manufacturing errors as accepted by POSTERZ KADAI, then POSTERZ KADAI will offer a free replacement of the product.
Finally, if no issues are reported within 48 hours of order being marked as delivered, POSTERZ KADAI will consider the order is fulfilled successfully.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
